What you paid, when, and what was agreed. At the end of the stay your host proposes any deductions and you respond to them, in one place, rather than in a text thread six months later.

Rent on your schedule
Fortnightly rent is normal here and Roomeo treats it that way. You can also tell it when you get paid, so rent is framed against your payday rather than against a calendar month.
